1. CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION TO MAKE UKRAINE A PARLIAMENTARY REPUBLIC

We must change Ukrainian Constitution to make Ukraine a full Parliamentary republic, where President’s role is purely ceremonial. Prime Minister shall be the Head of State from the party / coalition having Parliamentary majority as in UK/Germany/Italy etc. Prime Minister can be changed by the party without elections.

• From the date of announcing Ukrainian independence in 1991 to removing traitor Yanukovich in 2014, the Parliament (Rada) has historically demonstrated its ability to be the centre of gravity for the state of Ukraine, the defender of democracy and an institution providing foundation on which Ukraine stands
• The current model of balance of power Presidential – Parliamentarian republic has been a failure – EACH of the six (6) Ukrainian presidents drifted into authoritarism and attempts to manually control judicial system, government and economy
• The worst situation is right now – today Office of the President is de-facto a parallel unaccounted shadow government with ministers as puppets, and the centre of corruption in Ukraine

2. SUPPORT Ukraine joining European Union and NATO

• Full alignment with EU membership requirements and fulfillment of all criteria
• Achieve long term security guarantee against future Russian aggression
• Strong international partners and strong alliances (Britain, EU, USA)

3. STRONG ARMY AND STRONG DEFENCE SECTOR

• AFU is the only guarantor of existence of a sovereign Ukraine
• Proper funding for the military
• Policy encouraging growth and development of domestic defense industry.
• Arms exports within common EU regulations framework 
• Regular general military training for all citizens
• Reform of SBU – make it a professional intelligence agency, remove corrupt economic functions

4. EMPOWERING OUR CITIZENS 

• Priority of conservative (universal) values
• Freedom of Speech. End to the current prohibition on independent TV channel
• Advanced education and science
• Protection of family, childhood, fertility
• Cult of sports and health
• Social unity and mutual respect
• Freedom of religion
• Multinational diversity around the Ukrainian core

5. GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY AND EFFICIENCY

• DISMANTLE CURRENT SOVIET-LEGACY UKRAINIAN GOVERNMENT STRUCTURE which has remained for 30+ years since independence a soviet-style ineffective and corrupt
• Full government overhaul, reduction of wasteful public spending, reduction of not needed government bureaucrats.  
• FIGHTING CORRUPTION - SUPPORT NABU AND SAP
• Support for anti-corruption institutions. Everyone accountable
• No time limit on crimes of treason and corruption which led to losses of human lives during Russian invasion 
• GROW A NEW GENERATION OF YOUNG LEADERS: WESTERN EDUCATED NOT CONTAMINATED BY THE CURRENT RAMPANT CORRUPTION
• Send 10,000 young people to be sent to UK/Europe to study and to become a future elite civil service
• Meritocratic state institutions.

6. MARKET ECONOMY

• Support free enterprise, free market, entrepreneurship, competitive, open economy 
• Deregulation and minimal state interference.
• Strong business and investment security
• Copy and implement the best global political experience, technology and innovation
• Privatisation of loss-making state enterprises.

7. ENERGY 

• Priority in reconstruction of economy will be energy infrastructure as back bone of economy. 
• Create condition to bring international energy companies and businesses into Ukraine
• End state companies’ corruption and incompetence
• End endemic corruption in Energo-Atom, Naftogaz etc 
• No trading with the murderers: no resumption of Russian gas transit and stop Russian oil transit.

8. RULE OF LAW AND PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

• IMPLEMENTING ENGLISH LAW FOR COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND LITIGATION 
• Under current corrupt legal system Ukraine will never see investment and prosperity. 
• Implement English Law for business and hire impartial experienced English judges to head commercial courts
• Grow and educate new generation of Ukrainian judges in the best traditions of English Judiciary.

9. RETURN HOME UKRAINIAN REFUGEES 

• Ukrainian is facing demographic catastrophe – it is imperative that Ukrainian who left during war return to rebuild the country
• But they will only return only if new Ukraine is democratic, non-corrupt and economically thriving 
• Reforms of government and eradication of the current corruption will be priorities to make Ukrainians return

10. EDUCATION

• Ukrainian as official language, English as secondary language for all students, protection of minority languages 
• Exchange programs and youth education abroad

11. VETERANS

• Support and respect for the veterans 
• Respect for the veterans
• Jobs for veterans  training
• Priority with state / government employment for veterans.
